About this course
Changes that affect sex and intimacy are common for people living with Parkinson's. In fact, 75% of people with Parkinson's report dissatisfaction with their sex lives. While these changes to sex and intimacy sometimes remain hidden and go unaddressed, they can be managed.
This short course is designed to support you and the important role you play as a health or aged care professional: creating opportunities for discussion, providing information on sexual function, and sharing practical solutions and pathways for more information.

By completing this course, you will equip yourself with practical skills and knowledge to dispel common misconceptions, reduce barriers to discussion, foster open communication, and problem-solve common sex and intimacy issues for people with Parkinson's.
